Generally I hold these events once per month. So while that is a regular schedule, the calls however can tend to go up and down in demand, depending on the marketing schedule.

How to run the calls and enter data

TIP 1 - For info and locations regarding Fast Client Formula LIVE:


TIP 2 - Each attendee MUST be called within 3 days of registering for the event

TIP 3 - 99 out of 100 people will be happy to receive the call. For the odd one that isn't, just maintain respect for them, apologise for the inconvenience and thank them for their time.

TIP 4 - HOW TO HANDLE QUESTIONS: If anyone asks you something that you don't know the answer to, do this:

1) Thank them for the question

2) Ask them if they wouldn't mind replying to the email you're about to send them (which happens on autopilot), with the question they want help with. And we'll make sure it's gets answered.

TIP 5 - WHEN calls can be made (this applies to THEIR time zone of course)

9am till 6pm - Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)

9am till 1pm - Saturdays

TIP 6 - Though you'll have these provided for you inside Infusionsoft when you're doing the calls, here are links to the scripts you'll use:

Below is an example of how a voicemail should sound:


"Will the event be recorded?"

ANSWER: If you miss the event, sorry there is no recording. 

"What is Brett trying to sell at the event?"

ANSWER: Absolutely nothing. You may want to hire Brett as your coach after the event. But there's no obligation, and the day is designed as a complete training day where you can try everything out as soon as you get home.

"Can you send me the address of the venue?"

ANSWER: These have been emailed and SMS'd to you. If you don't have them, just reply to the email I'm going to send you and we'll get it sorted for you.

"Can I bring a friend?"

ANSWER: Absolutely. They just need to register at
